Collaboration is the key for me — I love working with teams to really understand what users need and keeping everyone on the same page. Understanding User-needs at every stage of product usage

I’m passionate about building products with a design approach inspired by Patrick Newbery and Kevin Farnham. I’ve tweaked their framework a bit to serve as a design metric throughout the product development cycle. This helps me ensure that design output strikes the right balance between meeting user needs and achieving business goals, creating a holistic and engaging experience for all users.

Purpose-driven Research
I support my design team create ideas-at-pace, using a robust continuous user-research research and engagement program including key-stakeholders from internal teams such as Sales, and marketing. Applying four-core principles help me lead insights-driven innovation for Product teams to support product roadmap planning.
  • Putting people first: Developing deep understanding of the people using a service helps in learning their needs, strengths and aspirations.
  • Communicating visually and inclusively: Help people gain a shared understanding of the problem and ideas.
  • Collaborate and Co-create: Work together with all stakeholders and get inspired by what other competitors are doing.
  • Iterate, iterate, iterate: Continuous validation while iterating early and often helps spot errors early, save time for development teams and avoid risk of failure later.

 I work with cross-functional teams to drive home a common vision. I help define the product/feature roadmaps through important insights gathered from discovery stage..
